The location of this guesthouse is absolutely fantastic. It's just dozens of meters in from the bridge near the main Zhongnan Gate, making it super convenient for exploring the scenic area. We arrived in the evening, dropped off our luggage, and then went out for a stroll and dinner. According to the friendly staff at the front desk, this guesthouse was converted from a landlord's traditional courtyard estate. It has over thirty rooms in total. The environment is quite pleasant, and it has a wonderful atmospheric charm. However, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, so they should really provide more mosquito repellent. (Note: The windows face the corridor, but the upper section can be opened.)

I booked online and checked out at 14:00, and I used Ctrip points to add value to the check-out, but the front desk called us at 11:30 and asked us to check out. Pros: Good breakfast, good service, good location Disadvantages: The shower water is very cold, the water in the private bath is not hot, and my friend said that the air conditioning in his room is not very hot either. There is a smell of cigarettes on the pillows in the parent-child room! Public hot springs: The large pool with massage and the indoor pool simulating a cave are worth a dip. The others are average, the water temperature is too low, and the temperature of the indoor pool is more suitable.

Our trip to Fanjing Mountain was disrupted by heavy rain, and having access to warm showers for the whole family at a fraction of the room cost was extremely valuable. Additionally, as other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the train station, which is a great plus.

This is one of the Hilton Homewood Suites hotels that the inn cooperates with along the street. There is no elevator on the second floor. It is noisy. If you don’t sleep well, don’t choose it. However, the garden environment is beautiful. It is in the center of the ancient town. It is convenient to take a taxi and only takes ten minutes to walk. The interior of the room is relatively new, and the price is relatively high in Tongren.
