Puyuan Fashion Resort-Meishang Resort

The hotel in Puyuan is truly deserving of the #1 spot. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent. The limited-edition autumn afternoon tea is as visually stunning as it is delicious. There are shuttle buses to various attractions right outside both gates—they stop on demand, which is super convenient for hotel guests. The scenic area is picturesque at every turn, perfect for a leisurely stroll and taking gorgeous photos. We even bumped into a film crew and saw actress Amy and director Guo Jingming. Mei Shang Hotel comes highly recommended!

The hotel is located within Puyuan Fashion Ancient Town, in a truly beautiful setting. Everything was incredibly convenient, from parking and the resort shuttle service to the check-in process. The facilities are brand new, the surroundings are lovely, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway. Since the hotel is situated right inside the scenic area, you can take a leisurely stroll after meals and peacefully enjoy the gorgeous views. Breakfast offered a great variety and was served in an elegant ambiance.

Our whole family visits Meishang Resort Hotel in Wuzhen Puyuan several times a year, and my parents love it. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. The breakfast is lavish, and the evening buffet is also wonderful. Located inside the scenic area, the hotel provides free shuttle services, making getting in and out very convenient. It's not too crowded on regular weekends. Even during major holidays, while it gets a bit busier during the day, the evenings are very peaceful—ideal for relaxing and clearing your mind.

Returning to Puyuan a year later, I once again chose Meishang Xiuyetang. I simply adore its tranquil and serene atmosphere. Staying in the Courtyard King Room, the space is generously sized and equipped with a sofa, a desk, and its own private outdoor courtyard. With no need to travel far, I could just sit leisurely in the yard, smelling the flowers and quietly watching the boats glide down the river—such a carefree and cozy experience. The hotel comes with standard amenities like a swimming pool and a fitness center, easily catering to workout needs. Xiuyetang is adjacent to Fushan Temple. After a morning breakfast, heading out just as the scenic area opens at 9 AM allows you to watch the morning light spread over the moss, walk three circles around the millennium-old ginkgo tree to make a wish, and feel completely healed. Puyuan is a destination worth visiting again and again, and Xiuyetang is my top choice for where to stay.

The housekeeper contacted me the day before my arrival to understand my situation and resolve any issues. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

This is my first time writing a Ctrip review, and it's far below expectations! Upon entering the room, there was a dead fly on the floor (P3). The bathroom sealant strip was peeling off, and there was no shampoo in the shower (P4, P5). What I understood the least were the iron art outdoor candle lanterns (P1, P2) lined up in the hallway. Their four corners were extremely sharp with no protective measures whatsoever. They were placed in blind spots around the corners outside the rooms, making it very easy for children to bump into them and get injured. As a hotel that primarily caters to families with children, what's the point of displaying these items? And they don't even light up at night, so what's their purpose?

Unbeatable location, and it even includes admission tickets! The only slight hassle is having to take the shuttle bus twice. It's definitely one of the best hotels inside the scenic area. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious. They also set up some birthday decorations and gifted a mini cake!

Facilities: Very complete, with eight elevators, which is very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, the breakfast restaurant is excellent. Environment: The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and you can get great photos just by taking a casual shot. Service: The staff proactively greeted guests and offered assistance.

First off, Puyu is fantastic, definitely gets extra points. The hotel exceeded my expectations; it has a great design. However, I felt the space in our room type wasn't well-designed, with a lot of wasted space that made the room feel a bit cramped. The service phone was often unreachable, but most of the staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the strong smoke smell in the room, which is a major negative for a family-friendly hotel.
