The hotel is very new, has a grand lobby and the room is huge and very nicely designed. Amenities are great, including a Dyson hairdryer and complimentary minibar. Service is also excellent. Highly recommended

酒店設施非常好，性價比很高，酒店門票船票早餐全含，還可以坐接駁車回酒店，工作人員態度也非常好，十分推薦去烏鎮住這家，晚上閑逛完還可以去泳池游泳，去酒店的清吧喝酒，推薦推薦，前台還給我們升級房型了，停車免費，但是要給酒店報車牌號

設施：酒店設施很全，符合來度假人的大致需求。早餐種類也蠻豐富的。但豐富歸豐富，是真難吃，餛飩腥的要命，麪也一般。
服務：度假酒店規模都比較大，我們拿了兩個箱子，完全沒人幫忙拿進房間，duang大的一個酒店就純靠雙腿拖着箱子走進去，巨累！！！
衞生和環境就中規中矩，本來2000多塊的酒店這個環境本來就是應該的，但有一説一房間其實打掃的不是很乾凈，地面有異物。

週日來烏鎮堤上感受一下酒店的服務，停車進辦住中心，人真多，服務一般，等車進住酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，氣氛很好，房間被安排在高層房間，本以為大堂這麼敞亮，可惜房間就一般了，（窗不能，被封了，沒有智能馬桶，浴室水龍頭支架還壞了）到二樓吃了箇中餐（團了個兩位598套餐，環境還行，價格偏貴）傍晚到四樓泳池🏊♂️很好，景美人不多，隔天早餐也不錯，菜品豐富，環境優雅。

酒店位於景區裏面 入住期間可以免費乘坐酒店電瓶車 去每一個地方都很方便 而且人臉識別後可以在入住期間不限次出入景區 在景區內酒店中條件最好的了 給升級了房型 酒店還配備有室外泳池環境非常不錯 早晨更是有水平 品類豐富 整體來講是非常不錯的 下次還會選擇這裏
