環境：安靜舒適，走幾十米就能到達核心區域
服務：前台人員熱情周到、業務熟練

Check in was quick and simple. Room was small but expected. It has a nice windows view. The room has multi adapters for different countries which was very helpful for us. Breakfast was excellent and delicious with many choices. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep.

Excellent hostel. Big rooms, big communal spaces, big bed with light and plugs, big locker. Everything comfortable and excellent service. Also excellent locational the deeper west end of the Xizha scenic area, so that you get to walk through the entire place again the next morning with few people there.
I had a special problem where I forgot something as my last hotel. 2 lovely staff members, one from previous night and one from next morning both agreed to communicate on the phone with my last hotel to help me find and coordinate the item pickup. I am forever happy and grateful for this wonderful place.

The family room that we booked is quite large, with one king size bed and one queen bed, the rooms are separated.
Downside is the centralise aircond cannot switch to cooling mode as it’s 16°C outside, we need to open the windows to let the cool air.
The hotel is quite nice and well maintained.

It's hard for me to give an overview evaluation for Passage d'Eau hotel because they upgraded my domintory bed to a single bedroom in Homestay No. 34 at Xizhan street. My review was more to the owners of homestay No.33 at Xizhan street. The single room is reasonably small with attached bathroom/toilet. The owner is not helpful or gives tips on how to explore the Wuzhen water village and is not so friendly. I don't recommend the tourists to stay outside the Xizhan. If you have a lot of luggage, then you are in big trouble to lug your baggage to the homestay because the road is cobbled stones.

The lighting all very dull, and the location a bit deep inside, cleanliness overall still ok.
The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The room was big and clean. Amenities wise dated, air-condition central control, it was rather stuffy so I opened the windows to let the cold air in. It was the second last stop of the shuttle transport so it could take longer wait. Since it was furthest from the entrance it was much quieter, especially at night and in the morning. So you would have a better chance to take pictures without the crowd.
