Very near XiZha entrance, lots of food nearby, spacious room and clean.
Might need to improve on main entrance assesibility to the stay though as outsider can easily gain entrance to the back where our rooms are located. But theres cctv everywhere so i guess its pretty safe.
One night during our stay was a bit scary though, unsure is an outsider or guest making a scene with loud banging and shouting in the middle of the night. Maybe the owner can do something about it for other guests to have a peaceful sleep at night?
Overall we're satisfied with our stay. Would still choose this place regardless.

The owners I assume... both male and female at the reception are very warm and helpful. They are happy to answer any questions and provide resolution and recommendation which us travellers need. Room is basic but has all I needed for a short stay.

The room has all the facilities and the sanitary conditions are also very good. The key is that the front desk lady is beautiful and kind. She will call in advance to communicate about the hotel and give a guide for reference. She is very considerate and thoughtful!
