The staff are very helpful. They assist us on luggage handling and are attentive to our requests. The room is well stocked with toiletries. It is a nice resort with easy reach to food and boat rides. Rustic feel and quiet

Service was mainly very good except for one incident at the check in counter witnessed by me where the receptionist was rude to a customer.

Nice hotel. Very huge. Rooms were big. Stayed on the upper level. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with mixture of western and chinese food. Recommend to stay a night at the scenic area. Wuzhen at night is marvellous.

Staying within an attraction is a wonderful experience. Be sure to visit the morning breakfast market and stroll the streets at night.

Interesting trip but quite hard to find the resort at first but once you find it - you will be amazed by their hotel interior , a pleasant stay for me cos I prefer a relaxing trip . Remember To inform the driver to drive you straight to resort visitor centre. .

這真的是我住過最差的民宿了，一進來一股潮濕的木頭的味道，房間小的要死，空調還不是自動的，竟然是中央空調，住過雲南的 江西的 南潯的民宿，這個價位真的屬實垃圾，也不知道小紅書上的那些人怎麼住下去的

有觀光車接送 行李幫忙送達酒店 很方便
酒店免費升級了A房 環境比想象中要滿意 就是房間太小了些 床是150大的
最後唯獨不滿意的就是床尾的長凳 一股腳臭酸臭味很濃郁 躺在床上被薰的不行 感覺凳子從來沒有清洗過 大大影響了舒適感 希望能注重一下
最後酒店幫忙安排了早茶客 挺新奇的一次體驗 可以一邊看戲劇一邊吃早茶 建議大家都感受一下

烏鎮真的管理的很好，細節做的很到位，這麼多年每次去都有新的驚喜，這次住在西柵內，景區服務中心辦理入住非常絲滑，接駁車走古鎮專門設計的接駁車道，像廊橋一樣的設計，沒有跟觀光區重合，反而是貼着古鎮邊專門而建。 酒店前台見我們是一家人，專門安排了兩個在一棟臨水的房子，一樓是客廳，二樓兩個房間，感覺一家人住進了一棟別墅。每個房間都有古色古香的架子床，空氣智能床墊可調軟硬，窗外就是小橋流水，感覺即優雅又現代。 烏鎮適合早起溜達，錯開人流的烏鎮安靜美好，下次秋天來可以把酒店早餐自助餐改為水上市集吃早飯，可以邊曬太陽邊體會烏鎮的美
