Full of antique charms, spacious and comfort to stay. The hotel using Loccitane toiletries. Super nice! Value for money.

A very nice hotel in a very tourist and sought after location. Very attentive and helpful staff with the only lack of not speaking English…. Given that 90% of the guest are Chinese this is understandable
Good breakfast with coffee above average compared to other 5 star hotels.
Overall a place I would happily recommend.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great service. The room is clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable. We had the best sleep at this hotel throughout the trip from Hangzhou to Shanghai. It is also the best location to explore Wu Zhen, parents can go back hotel to rest when they’re tired and we continue to explore.

We stayed in a constellation room which was a little way away from the main hotel, like over water bungalows at a beach resort! The room was spectacular with a glass walled, over-water inside and out door living/sitting space, a huge round bathtub and a large canopied king bed. So unique blob:https://us.trip.com/9553acd9-edfe-4b73-b017-acb2b63841f7and luxurious! Ice and other amenities delivered very quickly.

很好的入住體驗。
他們家在西柵景區裏面，網上定了套餐（含早餐，住宿，門票 ，接駁車接送等），到了接待大廳，出示訂單很快就辦理好門票，進入景區接駁車送客到酒店，開啟美好的時光啦。
酒店大堂很氣派，也很古典，安安靜靜的在景區最佳位置上。
服務員進行了人間識別，在入住期間可以自由出入景區，帶好門禁卡隨時都可以坐接駁車。 酒店本就是一個停靠點。
房間很大，設施齊全，推開窗户就是一池荷葉，星星點點幾朵荷花和大小不一的蓮蓬。整個人放鬆下來了。
歐舒丹的洗漱用品讓人喜悦。
唯一就是空調聲音太大了，關小風都呼呼呼的。這個需要調整。
早餐最值得誇讚，悠閑的品鑒各種特色美食，有機會還能預約景區特色早茶客。不過約不上也沒關係，酒店的早餐已經非常豐富了。
太適合老小一家人來入住了。

We book a family room with 2 double bed. The room was clean, big and amazing view. The hotel staff is friendly and help us to find back our passports which loss when we check in on tourists service Center. Good breakfast is provided and free transportation to anywhere inside Wuzhen. They come together with 4 entry ticket for multiple entry. The hotel it self have very beautiful garden to take beautiful photo as well.

酒店位於烏鎮西柵景區最裡邊，鬧中取靜。裝修風格古樸，我去的時候房間還沒有收拾好免費升級了大床房。酒店環境衞生都非常好，服務人員熱情周到，早餐很豐盛。在西柵景區內性價比非常高的酒店，有單人間這點特別好。下次去烏鎮還會選擇住在這。
