Silk Commerce Clubhouse

During the bustling May Day holiday at Wuzhen's Xizha Scenic Area, it was a rare find to stumble upon such a relatively tranquil spot, and overall, it truly exceeded my expectations. I chose the boat ride to the hotel over the electric cart. Although the boatman complained that it took half an hour and was the longest route, it offered a very authentic and direct experience of the water town. The room was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – far superior to the Zhinshui Hotel I stayed at before. It was also wonderfully quiet once the crowds dispersed in the evening. Wandering around the hotel, the Chinese architectural style made for some really nice photos. My main critique, however, is reserved for the restaurant. I had both breakfast and dinner there, and the food wasn't up to par, with the service leaving much to be desired. I've already provided detailed feedback to the hotel staff upon check-out, and I truly hope they can improve.

Facilities: Perfect. Cleanliness: Perfect. Ambiance: Perfect. Service: Perfect. The butler service was absolutely impeccable. They met us at the parking lot, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and assisted us with various local outings. Their dedication truly shone through. I will definitely be booking here again on my next visit. Thank you!

Absolutely thrilled with this hotel; its exceptional service greatly enhanced my wonderful impression of Wuzhen. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and always eager to assist. They arranged convenient pick-ups for boat and sightseeing tours directly from the hotel entrance, helped with restaurant reservations and discounts, provided numerous complimentary attraction tickets, and even assigned us a personal itinerary butler. The breakfast spread was exquisite as well. Simply fantastic! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The butler service was excellent, and the overall environment was great. My only complaint was the air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy, waking me up in the dead of night and making it impossible to get back to sleep. I assume this is a hardware issue that's not easily resolved.

Service: Among hotels in the same price range, the service at Yida Silk Industry Guild Hall is absolutely exceptional. Every staff member is incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond! This was truly excellent value for money. I'll definitely be coming back!
