Sika Deer Manor Hotel

The environment is nice and there are rich parent-child activities. Children like it very much. Sika deer, alpacas, sheep, raccoons, horseback riding and boating are all children's favorites. There are also Tianmen Cave, glass plank road and other facilities nearby.

There is a little mouse in room 306. It came out several times in one night and dug into the bag... I looked at it twice to find it. I didn't sleep well that night. I reported the problem but there was no active process to deal with it. The attractions are really average. Only the animal interactions are worth it. The staff are very friendly to children. Although it was busy during the holidays, I checked in at 2 o'clock, but the room was not cleaned up by 2:30. The air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted. The weather was hot and dry. There were a lot of lint and dust on the floor, which made me have rhinitis. Xiaoxihu is just a small lake... The only hotel in the park is 1600, and the price-performance ratio is really not high

很滿意的一次親子住宿體驗，一天行程安排的很充實，有手工，喂萌寵，都很豐富，提供的胡蘿蔔也很充足，早餐很豐富尤其米粉很好吃，唯一遺憾的是下雨沒體驗到露營篝火。還有戴眼鏡那個小姐姐服務態很好，很耐心。

萌寵零距離|動物互動:梅花鹿真的很可愛，可以進到互動區，不用隔着圍欄，而且週中人少，體驗感超好，基本包場 我們沒有親子游，所以選的週中來玩，很清靜舒服，估計週末節假日會有很多小朋友 小西湖環湖散步一圈加上拍照休息差不多40分鐘 景區門口同時也是天門洞和孔雀島入口，如果不喜歡徒步可以直接去孔雀島，沿途空氣很好。但徒步壓力也不大，女生都沒穿運動鞋，全程走完也就不到2小時。淺玩一下很合適 服務：酒店服務很nice，有專門的入住羣，會發布當天活動日程，而且對於我們的需求也迴應得很棒

首先我是一個不喜歡寫評價人，但是這個酒店我願意花時間來推薦它 酒店位置：動車到桐梓東站後打車十來分鐘就到，非常方便，而且酒店位於小西湖景區，環境很宜人，安靜舒適 酒店服務：工作人員態度都很好，非常棒 酒店設施：雖不是奢華型，但舒適乾淨，有小童活動室，活動內容也比較豐富，帶娃一點也不無聊 酒店餐食：早餐品類很豐富，口味也還OK 正餐沒有吃過，應該還不錯，如果不想在酒店吃也可以打車去縣城吃，都很方便 小朋友們都很喜歡，下次會考慮再來

服務必須超5星好評！可謂是有求必應。特別表揚營銷中心管家，人非常好，臨時説需要輪椅馬上就找到送過來。 設施：親子酒店設施齊全，酒店就在景區裏，什麼都包圓了，體驗感很好。酒店有點不隔音，睡眠好的不影響 衞生：除了偶爾有一些蒼蠅，因為小動物沒辦法避免，可以接受。 環境：有山有水 希望以後中央空調增加一個擋風板。 服務：滿分滿分
