Cleanness was not great, we had some bugs in the hotel and we all came back scratching ourselves and got spots. My Mrs and daughter were struggling. They only clean the toilet and if you want them to clean the room you have to ask them one night before. I advised them on our second day but they said they will clean on third day even then it was not cleaned. Receiption guy usually work on days was really rude. Although he provided us iron but his behaviour was not right. Made me shocked on second day by saying that I have to check out as my booking as per their record was only two night I shown him my booking which was 4 days still he was not accepting and informs me that he will check and let me know. He finish the shift and not left any message for me. We stayed there 4 nights. First day we went for breakfast but quality was not good, no fry egg or amlate, only boiled egg, low quality bred and jams etc. not a good value for money.

It was very close to Torcy station. It was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.

Rapport quality prices excellent

Breakfast can be very busy. People do their best to replenish everything. Sometimes you have to wait a little while for a plate or a cup. However, if you come at 10 o'clock, nothing is actually replenished and you have to make do with the leftovers.

Great hotel, for a great price. Good beds, clean room! Centrally located. From the outside it doesn't look like much, and from the inside it also lacks the cozy atmosphere. But for this price you can't expect that, if we ever have to spend another night in the area, we will definitely come back here

Nice hotel but still in its original state (TV, carpet, toilet, etc.) A bit of renovation to bring it up to date would be a real plus Friendly staff

Clean hotel and good help with a cot.

Hotel located in an excellent position, opposite the RER metro. Convenient for reaching Paris or Disneyland. In its vicinity there are 2 shopping centers, a pastry shop, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket. everything you need to meet your needs. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean, although there were some service problems (2 towels instead of 3, glasses or tea and coffee service missing, and they didn't change the bedspread which was dirty). But I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay to get to Disneyland

Very good reception and quick formality. The hall and the room clean. Just one downside and when you ask for a coffee at reception because you saw the Nespresso machine behind the counter, you are served a coffee from the breakfast machine for a price of 3.20 euros, that's average. I ask the receptionist why not Nespresso, he says it’s the same thing. Non.

Hotel well located in an area with many restaurants and 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Cleaning leaves something to be desired

There was a reservation problem that trip.com quickly resolved on its side, otherwise the hotel is well located, close to 2 shopping centers, 10 minutes from Disney by RER

The bathroom needs to be completely overhauled, not to mention the lack of an outlet and the heating that didn't work. Also all the objects were stuck together, you couldn't even move the TV. In the shower there was no pressure and concerning the water it was where you got burned or you were frozen.
