Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG

.Good location and at the center of Toronto. Close to almost all attractions. Equipment in the room is very simple. The room is clean. Very expensive room with 400$ but no breakfast.

hotel is in downtown so it makes travelling around pretty convenient! room is good for 2 pax as well. great for a couple of a nights. only thing tho, it gets a little noisy at night as the walls are thin - you can hear people walking along the door way and traffic/cars downstairs

Hotel room is rather small. Near lots of food options and short walking distance to shopping areas nearby. Need to walk a bit to the nearest train station. Nearby Japanese Hinoya curry is excellent. Lots of Asian food options.

Very run down and badly maintained. External looks ok, but room is bad. Toilet floor is always wet because floor gradient is wrong and drainage hole is tight in the center! Barrier to shower area looks bad. See photos. Dressing table top have a gap for no good reason. Things can trap inside. Hard to believe this is Holiday Inn standards.

Superb service at the reception. Housekeeping is very on point. Smooth check in process and my 5 nights stay - all good experience only. Special shoutout to the bellman - Endaries who was super helpful throughout my entire stay. He not only recommend a great Niagara tour, but also helped with recommendations of food around the hotel, my luggages and also the pick up transport. Excellent service. The only downside was the ongoing construction in front of the hotel. So all car drop off or pick up is at the back of hotel (wood street). But that’s fine. Not a big issue. Can’t hear construction from the room either.
