Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep.
Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :(
If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception.

The bathroom had a slight musty smell, but overall the stay was pleasant. The location is great, very close to the subway and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. It’s a convenient place to stay for exploring the city.

Rooms are super small but for a short stay downtown at a more reasonable price than others this is more than worth it for me. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The water pressure was awful but really the only thing that was not good and didn’t make my stay unpleasant.

I stayed for a night before leaving for Ottawa. I will be back for four more nights. Do note that they may charge $10 per luggage per night for storage.

This hotel made a great impression with its spotless facilities and genuinely kind staff. We felt secure throughout our stay, which added to the overall comfort. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re well-kept and functional—ideal for short visits or solo travelers. The warm atmosphere and cleanliness definitely stood out. A solid choice if you’re looking for a safe and friendly place to stay.

This hotel gym wasn’t in operation which make me most upset! There not have good facilities based on accommodation fees! Should to be more meaningful services with exchange of money!
