The ‘do not disturb’ vs ‘please clean my room’ sign on the door was wrinkled and broken so I asked the housekeeping staff for a new one. It seemed like the one I ran into spoke very little English so we had to rely on the speech-to-text function on their phone’s translation app. Fortunately in the end the problem was solved.
This time the room fixtures were cleaner than last time but some stains are so baked in it’s difficult to remove.
Also, all the previous times I stayed at this hotel the chair at the study desk had wheels and adjustable height but this one in my room this time did not. Not a huge problem but just not what I expected, based on my own personal experience.
When I asked the front desk for an extra blanket they had someone send it to my room within a matter of minutes which I’m grateful for.

My brother and I stayed there at crowned plaza Toronto for 2 days, as we are planning to explore the city. My brother got to watch Chris brown concert at Roger stadium while me and my friend meet and get along, roaming around the city and CN tower taking photos. We are glad that we have a place to stay since we live afar, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and we’ll be staying here for any future trips to Toronto.

I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey.
The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise.
Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover.

This hotel was booked because it was a middle range brand that was in a convenient location relative to the airport.
A flight delay resulted in my arrival at around 11:40pm. The unreliability of the shuttle, together with the fact the front desk didn’t answer calls made to the hotel and the inevitable slowness to check the crowd of people who arrived in one large group when the shuttle did arrive made for a poor experience. The room was adequate in amenities and was recently renovated and clean.
A key factor may be that it is a hotel that caters for many airline flight crews.so the number of shuttle services for flight crew was larger than for the regular customers. They could ride on the regular shuttles but regular customers were not permitted on theirs.
Very disappointing. I now go to Toronto Pearson more frequently. This is a hotel I will avoid while remaining loyal to the IHG group more broadly
