Great location! You can walk right downstairs to go shopping. Parking is available in a nearby lot for $30 a night. There's no swimming pool, but everything else was good.

This was my second stay at the W. Overall, it was just alright. It's located on Bloor Street, but the biggest issue was how difficult it was to find the entrance to the W. However, it was a significant improvement from my last visit, as most of the renovations have now been completed.

The hotel was under construction during our stay. The main entrance was through the vehicle access point. While the rooms were clean, the sink was awkwardly placed in the middle of the room and was very impractical.

Parking in the public lot was very convenient, with reasonable fees and ample spaces available. There's also a car rental service right in the parking lot. The hotel's location was also quite decent.

Great location on Bloor Street. Wonderful rooms, excellent staff, perfect night on patio of restaurant. Biggest negatives were a very dead bar (restaurant was a better 'bar') and very expensive value (C$80/ night with taxes).

Facilities: Average. Service: I left an item at the hotel, and they took very good care of it.

The service of W Hotel is better than that of Sydney and Melbourne. There is a Chinese front desk. Check-in is also very fast. It can be checked in at a little after 1 o'clock! When I arrived at the hotel, it was far away to get the luggage, and they came to help me. It was very active. This is better than other overseas hotels! But the room is decorated in an open bathroom. The socket is not working. The toothbrush delivery is very slow. No one delivered it all night. There is no swimming pool. The hotel windows should be cleaned again. The windows cannot be opened. The breakfast is very exquisite! The size is the mini version of W Hotel in Sydney and Melbourne, but W Hotel is considered new abroad. Other hotels are too old. It is still a choice.
