Not far from subway, walkable. There are a lot of place for dine in & dine out. Supermarket is walking distance, but a bit far from the center of the city. Service… depends on the staff. Some staff had a good response, some didn’t.  There are no interphone between room and the reception, the communication was chat mainly. But response was not fast most of the time. It was troublesome when I needed immediate help or response. When I needed to leave luggage before the reception working time, in spite of telling them in advance, the staff didn’t show up.  Overall, based on my experience, i won’t stay here again.

The overall service is fantastic, and all of the check in/out processes are completed online, which is very convenient. The housekeeping service request may not be completed as requested. However, the staff can make it up after the request is made again.

The rooms are nicely designed, and the hotel is in a quiet location behind the business street and within walking distance of the subway station. There is a supply room for guests too. The bottled water was not free, and the room was a bit cold. But they didn't affect the general good experience here. I love the artistic vibe and will recommend it to my friends.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. The room is comfortable and clean, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. The host is friendly and polite. Highly recommended for those looking to explore and travel around downtown Toronto.👍👍👍

My gosh that was the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Amenities were wonderful, staff was engaging and hardworking, and very good parfait breakfast. Beautiful rooms, convenient location, I will stay there again soon!

This is a beautiful hotel, situated at a great part of the city with a great vibe throughout. Loved the bath products. Hotel staff very friendly. Great places to eat nearby. They make the best coffee at Hotel Lobby.

Great vibe

The accommodation was not bad overall and the staff were friendly, but our room door was broken and we were locked in the room. Fortunately, they called a technician right away and took care of it. The front door password changes every Monday, but we were not contacted separately, so we had to ask the staff, which was a hassle.

Very average hotel, the price is not average, the front desk is very friendly. There is no elevator, it is very inconvenient to carry a large suitcase upstairs, the sound insulation is also poor, the facilities are not good

Convenient transportation, relatively clean, and comfortable bed. But there is no breakfast and it is a bit troublesome to send the door code.
