Poor service, poor attitude. Poor manager/management. Poor service, poor attitude, poor manager and management. Please do not. Problems: 1. The room was never checked before the room was provided. The faucet of the shower was broken for three days. If it could not be washed, the customer refused to listen to him and changed to a room with dancing reflectors. 2. The trash can is not changed for four days; 3. There are small things biting the bed sheets, the whole body is red, and the hygiene is poor. 4. There is no anti-theft lotus on the door! Do not go. Downstairs is to jump undress. Unless you have a special request, there will always be audio to accompany you from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am.

I asked for funky & got it. 1st room awful, but got it changed to tolerable. Clean but austere. Restrictive rules enforced (due to clientele). Neighborhood scary & offputting (even when expected). Couldn't relax so I can't review the *********.

It is close to downtown and union station. The hotel is above a club so I could hear a bit of noise at night. However, during my stay, I woke up at night to a mouse eating my crackers, 3 stars

The property is a gentlemen's club, which was not noted on your site. Also, there was NO HOT WATER, so I couldn't take a shower. It is run down and not in a good area.

BEWARE!! On arriving at the hotel we were totally dismayed! You enter the hotel via the entrance to the 'gentlemans' club! The place smelt awful, it was stale and EXTREMELY dated, the receptionist hardly spoke. As we walked upto our room (no elevators) there was an intense smell of bleach, God only knows what they were clearing up or trying to disguise, as nowhere else smelt remotely fresh. Our room was dark, dingy, and smelly. I tried to slide open the window but the frames wouldn't stay in the runners. The bathroom fittings looked about 60 years old and the sink was all cracked. We left and found somewhere much nicer to stay (Holiday Inn), for the same price, and with breakfast included! We should have read more reviews before we booked but just looked at the price (others reported mice, bed bugs, and having their bank details used fraudulently) Fortunately we paid the key deposit in cash.
