This was my third stay at Rose Court. I was in Room 2 and as always it was immaculate. I couldn't have been more comfortable had i been in my own home. The joy of Rose Court is that you can get peace and quiet but that you have the village amenities close at hand . A perfect break. Thank you Jon and Sara.

We have stayed at Rose Court on a number of occasions both with the family and as a couple. The owners, Jon and Sara are a fantastic couple. They are friendly and very welcoming They keep the apartments spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location is ideal and close to bus routes and the Babbacombe sea front which has a number of good cafes and restaurants. Thank you Jon and Sara for another lovely break.

What a really lovely place to stay. Very convenient for the surrounding area and an easy walk to plenty of eating establishments. The apartment was very clean and tidy and perfect for our needs. Sarah & John were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay with them including local attractions. We have already booked for next year.

Beautiful place, lovely area, so much to see around. But the most remarkable - Sara and Jon. The hosts of the Rose Court were so friendly, helpful, always with a handful of ideas what to do around. We had a wonderful stay!

We stopped from the 5th to the 8th. Really enjoyed our stay ,beautiful room very clean and comfortable. Sara and jon were brilliant hosts and couldn't do enough for you. Close to ammeinities, lovely meal at the Buccaneer inn and very reasonable price. Torquay a short bus ride away to the harbour with plenty of places to eat and drink. Will staying next year.

This is my second time coming to Rose Court, Its a beautiful plac e to come and relax its very clean, John and Sara are amazing hosts you are made to feel welcome from the start. You are right next to the beaches, 10 min drive from main Torquay beach. Choose this apartment you won't regret it . Alison

Absolutely lovely apartments in a great location at a very reasonable price.We stayed in the garden room which was lovely !!!Very spacious and spotlessly clean.Everything you need is in the apartment which comes with a parking space and is only 5 minutes walk to the Babbacombe downs.This apartment has its own entrance which is straight into the enclosed garden of which we spent many hours in the late afternoon’s after exploring the local area.
