Another fantastic stay at The Briarfields and Room 3 has definitely become our favourite. It's the little touches that makes The Briarfields standout, homemade shortbread, fresh milk and water in the fridge replaced daily, air conditioning, large fluffy towels, really comfy bed. We've stayed several times now and still haven't tried everything on the breakfast menu - the choice is extensive and would definitely suit all tastes. We thoroughly recommend Charlie and Julie-Ann's B&B, you won't be disappointed. Already looking at what's on in the area and planning our breaks for 2026.

Julie-Anne and Charlie are extremely kind and friendly people. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Briarfields. The rooms were clean and the facilities were comfortable. The breakfast we had there each morning was delicious. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

A very enjoyable two night stay. Briarfields is only a short walk to the very attractive seafront and marina. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect from a good hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options to suit all dietary preferences. Charlie and Julie-Anne were very welcoming and attentive and contributed to an overall enjoyable trip.

Really great hosts, nothing to much trouble, attentive without being over the top. Breakfast is fantastic and plenty of options. Rooms are spacious and very clean, fridge in room for your convenience. Would thoroughly recommend. Would definitely stay again

English coastal trip Modern B&B in a history house. The room was large enough with a comfy bed, modern bathroom/shower, and a mini fridge available. Reasonable walking distance to the restaurants, waterfront in Torquay.
