also this year we returned to torre san giovanni for the summer holidays, to find some peace in this wonderful place and once again i decided to spend the holiday with my friend Borka and her family because if you go back to a place this case at the Hotel Veliero, you feel at home and you are sure of feeling good and spending a holiday that will remain in your heart! I have been with the family in mid-July. I found everything to my liking. Excellent breakfast, close to the beach, very good room cleaning. All the staff very friendly and gentle especially with the kids. The owner is an exquisite person.

We stayed at this family-run hotel for a week. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, attention and availability. Strategic position facing the sea and a stone's throw from the center. Newly refurbished modern and clean room. Breakfast for all tastes and plentiful. To recommend!

Two weeks of vacation, in my favorite place, Torre San Giovanni was for years the destination of my summer holidays as a child. Last summer I returned with my partner and we could not have chosen a better place than the Veliero hotel. Borka and Gigi are the owners of the family-run hotel and make sure that each of their customers is a guest at a friend's house. Unique in sympathy they will be able to recommend places to visit and restaurants to try. The rooms are well cared for, we stayed on the first floor, completely renovated. Abundant and delicious breakfasts will be able to satisfy every habit, sweet or savoury, with characteristic foods, pastry or artisanal. To be evaluated more than positively the 0 KM fruit that Gigi takes care of with so much affection. In addition to a wonderful welcome, you will find that the location of the accommodation is one of the fundamental things to choose on holiday; well, the hotel is located a few steps from the short entrance path to the beaches, both free and equipped. Convenient for families with children, so you don't always have to use the car. Crystal clear water, small fish swimming fearlessly near the shore and very fine white sand. A wonderful mirage. The center is a few hundred meters away, continuing to the right as soon as you exit the hall entrance. Going to the left instead, you will arrive in a couple of minutes at the seafront promenade, passing by the port, where you will find bars, restaurants and attractions, even for the little ones. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida a Torre San Giovanni grazie all'ospitalità dell'Hotel "Il Veliero". La gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria signora Borka assieme al marito Luigi e al figlio Luca ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa: sempre attenti e sorridenti, pronti a consigliare e ad aiutare in ogni esigenza compreso il transfert da e per l’Aeroporto di Brindisi. La conduzione familiare è davvero un valore aggiunto, si respira un clima autentico e accogliente che rende il soggiorno speciale. Inoltre la posizione è ottima: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ideale per chi non vuole usare sempre l’auto. Le camere sono pulitissime e curate, la colazione ricchissima e varia, con prodotti freschi che danno la giusta energia per le giornate al mare. Un soggiorno perfetto, che consigliamo senza esitazioni!
