5 star cocktails, 5 star service. Very attentive! Especially serena, Andrea and Fabio making special cocktails to our taste. Almond pleasure cocktail 🍸 a must try!! We will definitely be back! Simply brilliant!

Salvatore and Melania greeted and spoiled us as if we were family. The room was big and super clean with everything we needed. And a huge balcony facing the ocean. Salvatore's recommendation to restaurants were all perfect. The hotel is located in the center of the area's cities and sites. there are a few restaurants down the road which is so convenient and the bar downstairs was fun too. We highly recommend this cozy and unique boutique hotel !

Our stay at Hotel Cico' was nothing short of exceptional. My partner and I spent 2 weeks in the top suite on the second floor, overlooking the Mediterranean. The view was stunning, a 180 degree view of the sea. Early morning and at night we could hear the sound of the sea which was beautiful. When we arrived, Andrea introduced us to the room, we couldn't believe our eyes. The air con was superb, the room very spacious and super clean, amazing shower with a choice of 3 water jets, and then the spacious balcony with swollows flying over every night it was magic. We did spend a couple of nights just chilling on the balcony as the view was stunning. Now about the staff, humble, helpful and efficient. They made us feel at home from day 1, always available for any sort of requests, including wine recommendations! (my partner has a very specific taste in wine and Salvatore, Andrea, Angelo the bar man and the waiter with an accent from Tuscany (sorry can't remember her name), they were all super helpful and we end up tasting and drinking award winning wine from the local vineyards which was delicious. Lucy was also very helpful in making sure we had our umbrellas and sunbeds set up at the beach (1min walk from the hotel!). The two ladies at the bar (sorry again can't remember the names) offered great breakfast service in the morning, making the best Italian cappuccinos and espressos. We went for only breakfast inc. as we wanted to do a lot of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious as it offered a wide range of local food, from mini focaccias to cereal flour croissant, local "pasticciotti" and "pasticceria" - it was perfect (crispy bacon and scrambled eggs, ham and cheese were also available everyday). We did a lot of sightseeig as the hotel is located in a strategigc position to visit Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, Monopoli, Grotte di Castellana, Polignano etc. We will go back to visit more places!
