Just left a fabulous stay at Tierra Patagonia. Can’t say enough wonderful things. The hotel itself if unique and stunning, perfectly set into the landscape on a beautiful lake. Views are to die for. The staff is wonderful and they all take their time to explain things, plan excursions, etc. We had the perfect 2 days with Roberto our guide. The food is great , bar is always open and there is always somewhere to explore. Will recommend to anyone going to this area. You won’t be disappointed.

Impeccable service, all rooms have great views of the Towers, Manager Nicholas is absolute perfection. The guides (Michelle!) are great and take good care of everyone. They have very clean, luxurious vans to shuttle you to the hikes and they pack food and drink for a snack afterwards. Their wait staff are very quick and professional and fun. The bartenders made good drinks. The spa and yoga teacher were so addictive I had to go every day. It’s fun to watch the animals graze in front of the hotel and there is a nice walk down to the lake. We felt pampered and could not think of one thing they could improve.

One of the most incredible places I have stayed. Views are out of this world. Food, room and excursions were all perfect. Kine was super helpful with booking out excursions. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Would recommend at least 5 days at this place.

Pros: - Stunning hotel with panoramic views of the Paine Massif, including views in every room - Excellent service. We loved how each member of staff in the hotel showed their personality - Amazing, well organised excursions. Special thanks to Luis who was with us for each of the 3 we went on! - Food was incredible. Fine dining with a local, home cooked feel. - Efficient transfer to and from the hotel Cons: - Spa was beautiful but quite cold to spend a lot of time in - This is really picking at things, but some decoration in the room could be refreshed, eg our leather headboard was quite worn Bottom line is this is a magical place and we never wanted to leave!

We stayed three nights in this beautiful property and we can only say how wonderful it was. Our flight to Punta Arenas was delayed due to weather conditions and the transportation waited for us 5 hrs until we were able to land, which was so nice, after 32 hours journey door to door. We arrived very late the first night around 12am and nevertheless they left us a light diner and fruits in our room which was so thoughtful. Unfortunately, we were so exhausted that we just took a shower and went to bed straight away, so we didn’t eat it. Breakfast was excellent, drinks were yummy I loved my calafate sour…and dinner, the lunch boxes they prepared for us were yummy. I loved my smoke trout sandwich that I ate at the base of the Torres. the staff was fantastic, so friendly and attentive. The tours and guides were also super friendly and so accommodating. I was surprised that at the end of a hike or tour they always had some snack and drinks in the van for everyone. Like a little picnic. Sebastian, Roberto we did some hikes with them were very fun, respectful, profesional and friendly as well as the drivers. Our private driver Tito to el calafate was very fun. He told me so many stories about the area, the country . He was very informative. ( I’m a native Spanish speaker ) it was nice to have insight view from someone local. He made the ride feel shorter! The hotel itself is magnificent. We have been to many places but this stands out and the setting is extraordinarily. Every single cent was worth it, from the spa, the rooms, the views, the food, the location, the people and I could go on. My trip to TDP was simply unforgettable our only regret is that we should have stayed longer. I only have praise for this place and for the staff. Congrats everyone! Thank you for making our first trip to La Patagonia chilena a memorable experience.

We had a gorgeous superior room with amazing views of Torres del Paine. Food and service match the very high price point. Very well located to see several of the most incredible parts of the National Park. Again a very good team run the resort. Would recommend you are clear what excursions you want to do as advice was not as well curated as in Atacama. It was a bit confusing that the excursions were called by different names in the hotel vs the website. Many activities require extensive travel meaning early starts and late finishes. Well worth the effort but does mean the order and priority need thinking through to fit your schedule. Nicholas, the manager, was always very visible around the hotel, always a good sign!

From the minute we were picked up at our previous destination to leaving 4 days later I could not fault a thing. The hotel is in a fabulous situation with stunning views from every bedroom. Throughout the stay the food was sublime and they specifically catered for my daughters dairy intolerance. Our drinks and food was included within our package and could not be faulted . For us however two things stood out as exceptional. Firstly all of the staff, from waiters, guides , reception staff , everyone made as feel so welcome . They knew our names and personally greeted us all the time. It was lovely to regularly talk to the manager Nicholas . The service was impeccable. Secondly the daily hikes/trips. The team arranging these are fantastic and take the time to understand what you want to do. The guides were brilliant and every excursion we did we loved. And we saw a PUMA ! We were so sad to leave as it felt as if we had been cocooned in a very special place. If you go to the Torres Del Paines you must stay here, we wish we had stayed more than 3 nights as we did not really have time to enjoy the glorious spa .

A breathtaking location and exceptional customer service…what more is there to say? Ok, I’ll say a little more. We have just returned from a 3 week trip around Chile taking in Atacama, Casablanca, Santiago, Rapa Nui and Patagonia. Highlights everywhere and, apart from an occasional ******, nothing bad to report. However, there was one residence that deserves specific mention for continuously high levels of service; Tierra Patagonia. Every member of staff had clearly been well schooled in all aspects of client service, from the front desk, porters and housekeeping through to the dining room and bar staff and wait staff. All were excellent. Credit must be given to the Hotel Manager, Nicholas Russ who also made sure he spoke with every guest, every day. Now onto the excursions and the drivers and guides. The drivers always did way more than just drive - they lay out picnics, engaged with guests, and pointed out wildlife etc. The guides all went above and beyond to ensure every trip was informative, constantly engaging and personal. Of specific note was Rodrigo - who we were lucky to have on 4 of our excursions. Great guide! The food was excellent, with a different menu every day, and the wines (those included, and the Premium list) were some of the best Chile had to offer. If there are better hotels, anywhere in the world, can someone let me know as I want to to go there. One last thing, we left a number of items of clothing in the room. Remarkably they found us, a week later, in Santiago. Nicholas had, despite the inconvenience, managed to have them forwarded to our hotel, a week later, in Santiago. Tierra went above and beyond.

Wonderful hotel, an architectural masterpiece. Lovely rooms- fantastic excursions and hikes. Valerie our guide was amazing- outstanding in every way. The food and the food service did not leave up To the hotels five star rating. The quality of the food was 3.5 star at bedtime. The stay was memorable but for the cost of the stay the food needs to improve
