Cabañas Lago Tyndall

!!! Excellent place and accommodation! All what you need to rest, admire, Peace and quiet and nature, good condition, and you can wake up in the middle of nature. The owner is very helpful and friendly

Had a little trouble finding it (google maps inaccurate), but came across signage after driving around a bit. Nice cabanas with good water, heat, and kitchen. Gracious hostess who was very helpful in getting us gas for our car (be sure to fill up in Puerto Natales before you drive up). Fun rural setting with dogs and horses roaming around, and a great view of the Torres. Very close to the park entrance.

This place gets 4 stars specifically for the amount of space you get for the price and the general location. There wasn't anything fancy at all about the accommodations but the amount of space for the price most likely can't be beaten this close to Torres Del Paine. I saw my best sunrise of the 2 week trip from here but I thought I could easily walk to the water from the cabin based on google maps but there was a fence that did not allow me river access facing Torres Del Paine so I missed the best photo opportunities vs other accommodations have better river access. I would stay here again if I was traveling with a family and wanted to house everyone in the same cabin!

A group of 6 of us stayed in a Cabaña for 4 nights and we did the three hikes of the w trek. We absolutely loved the cabaña. It was warm and comfortable with excellent cooking facilities. We never had an issue with hot water for showering all 6 of us and the beds were really comfy. Would highly recommend if you didn’t want to camp on the w trek!
