Minshuku Isaribi

This is the first time I've ever written a bad review of a hotel. It was that bad. I had been looking forward to making a reservation since 6 months ago because the reviews on Jalan were good. As my schedule was decided, I changed the check-out time and other details several times online through Jalan.net (I thought it would be better for the hotel if I let them know the correct time once it was decided), but suddenly, 10 days before my planned stay, I got a very angry phone call saying, "Every time you change the time, you send us a fax and it's annoying. I'll show you the proof! I don't want to let you stay like that. Please cancel." I didn't know that if I changed the time on Jalan, I would receive a fax, so I apologized, but they didn't understand, and it was too unreasonable. . . . It was canceled 9 days before Obon, and since it was Obon, I couldn't make any other reservations, so I canceled my entire trip to Kochi (including the ferry reservation). I was sad. (I want to claim damages.) There are reviews saying that you were kicked out if you were late, but please don't be late, don't change the time, and stay safely.

There was a bad review, but the couple may not be very friendly, but they are very nice people. They are kind and mean nothing. The person who read it is very hurtful. It is a little expensive for a guesthouse in this area, but the food and baths are good.
