The hotel was really nice, location great! Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from and all delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding Location in the Capitol of Toulouse. The Plaza is a vibrant and lively place. Packed with excellent restaurants and bars. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Staff were always available to deal with any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Very well located hotel,
Staff who take care of you.
Just one negative point at breakfast.
I ask for scrambled or fried eggs.
The waitress goes to ask for the kitchen and a cook shouts at her. I found it shameful.
The poor waitress had nothing to do with it.
It was 10:10 a.m. knowing that breakfast stops at 10:30 a.m. I apologized to the waitress because she got into an argument because of me.
They still brought me 2 fried eggs.
So to review the habit of this cook because we could hear him in the room.
