I stayed here with friends for two nights in early Sept 2023. We were traveling on a budget and chose this hotel based on location and price. I was disappointed with the room which was extremely basic and felt that the management could make a few changes which would make the room more attractive and comfortable without breaking the bank. The hotel is listed as a two star but based on the rooms and public areas I would say it is more a one star. The reception staff were very friendly and able to communicate in English which was a blessing because our French was limited. The guy who checked us in made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions patiently. We had requested an iron as there were none in the room and they loaned us one from reception. Unfortunately it did not work. I relayed this information to the person on duty and we were pleasantly surprised when the next time we passed front desk they presented us with a new iron and a new collapsible iron board, still in the boxes. Wow. They went out and bought one for us! That was great service! So would I stay here again - no based on the rooms. But if you are looking for a great location at a great price then this hotel would suit perfectly.

Very near the centre of the city. Easily walkable. Beautiful city. A bit tired inside but location more than made up for it. Very clean and the staff were lovely

Excellent location bonus to have tea and coffee facilities in room. Comfortable fairly basic room. wonderful customer service forgot my kindle left it in the room telephoned the hotel and they posted it back to England free of charge. Eternally grateful that they took the trouble!

Excellent accueil. Hôtel parfaitement situé à deux pas de la place Wilson. Parking à prix réduit à proximité (14e). Bonne literie. Belle salle de bain très claire et propre. Un plus les jus de fruits, café et thé dans la chambre. Madeleine et un bon biscuit chocolat. Un prix parfait rapport qualité. De bons conseils pour restaurants. À très vite si vous avez de la place car victime du succès. Bonne insonorisation. Chambre triple au troisième avec ascenseur.

Cet hôtel a une position idéale pour visiter la ville à pied et proche de la station métro Jean Jaurès, à 5mn du Capitole. Réceptionniste souriant, à l'écoute, qui prend du temps pour essayer de trouver meilleur itinéraire pour le lendemain. Ascenseur. Chambre propre, grand lit confortable, bien chauffée, belle surprise de découvrir des produits bio dans la salle de bain et un plateau contenant bouilloire, bouteilles d'eau, café, thés, tisanes, biscuits et jus d'orange. Rue très calme. Petit déjeuner pour le jus d'orange extra ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande !

La habitación era pequeña pero estaba muy bien. Tenía hervidor eléctrico, dulces de cortesía, secador de pelo y algunos artículos de aseo. Estaba bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de trenes. La relación calidad-precio estaba muy bien para lo que buscaba, que era pasar sólo una noche.
