Nice stay with dinner and breakfast in the package. The location is a bit far from the bus station (around 15 minutes walk away) but they offered to send me to the bus station the next day.

Excellent place to stay. food was amazing i recommend getting dinner there.

This really a gem for us! During our booking, there's no any comment from trip.com, but we saw the location and Japan hotel website reviews are not bad, we never regret to choose this hidden gem stay! This stay operated by a family, they're friendly, communication wise main by translate apps. During our stay, there's only we 1 family, we deeply enjoyed the privacy. The ryokan is sparkling clean, onsen is real best & clean, foods are the BEST local foods. To go this place, suggest to self drive. Unfortunately after we left, the stay close for winter rest. I'll definitely come back to this for next

Affordable price n good location!

The building and rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the hot springs were included, so I had a very satisfying stay. After checking out, they even took me to the Yasumiya bus stop, which saved me the trouble of walking. I highly recommend this place if you come to Lake Towada.

Lake Towada itself has a deserted feel, and it's quite a long walk from the bus stop, with no convenience stores or restaurants, and dinner is just cup noodles.

I thought the food and hot springs were good. It was a little far from Lake Towada, but considering the accommodation cost, I thought it was good value for money. However, if I were asked if I would like to stay here again when I come to Lake Towada, I would probably say no.

I checked in a little late, but they accommodated without any problems, which was very helpful.

The location is good, but you have to pay for toiletries. There aren't many, but it's better to have them for free. The overall environment is good.

The building was beautiful and the food was plentiful. We were able to try a variety of Aomori sake, which was delicious. It's inconvenient that it's not easily accessible on foot, but it was a very reasonable stay with meals included, and I'd like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

High cost performance, good breakfast and dinner, clean rooms, and new decoration. It's just a little far from the station to the hotel. It would be better if you can arrange a pick-up from the station. Very suitable for self-driving tourists.

The hotel is family-run, the facilities are old and not well maintained. The rooms are small, and it is not easy to use the shared toilet and bathroom. But the overall environment is clean. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and the portions are sufficient.

I thought it was a good value. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. There was also a hot spring, which was great. I'm thinking of staying here again when I go to Lake Towada.
