The basement is great for entertaining. The large one room basement has the pool table, bar area, and a seating area around the electric fireplace and 70 inch TV. There are also several outdoor seating areas to relax and take in the views. 2 bedroom and 2 bath house with hot tub. Driveway has access for your boat. Other things to note The drive to the house is along a mountainside and is fully paved.
