Good stay. The room was very clean. Needs to have an extra blanket and pillow in the room, I think, but that's just being picky. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a fine room, spacious, clean. We stayed there for just 1 night. For breakfast (not included) there was ample choice of good quality. Ample parking space. We were advised to contact the hotel in case we would arrive after opening hours of the reception. So we gave them a call and perfect arrangements were made as to where we could find the key to our room on arrival.

The property is very rundown and should be closed for safety reasons. There were no staff at the resort at all. Restaurant and bar closed or simply no one working to even order food. No one answers the after hours phone number even during reception times. Worst experience by far.

The beds were so comfortable and so are the pillows! The staff are so friendly and the food lovely with realistic not overinflated price. I'll definately stay again!

Can see that they are doing lots of work on improving the rooms and environment, which is lovely to see.
No curtains on windows so we were awake early by lights.

The place exceeded my expectations for what we paid. The room has freshly been renovated with large flat screen TV, updated bathroom vanity, fire, microwave, fan and Air conditioner as well floating floor boards. The venue was quiet at night with the beautiful sound of birdlife in the morning. New power points have been added that include usb and usb C charge ports. Only negative wolf be no bedside tables for phone, water glass etc

Had an amazing stay here. The room was great! Super clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the pool was a dream to swim in. It was so crisp and refreshing to jump into on a hot day! Loved the rainforest ambiance. The sound of running water and birds was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Seagulls Resort in Townsville. The resort is located in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea and Magnetic Island. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I enjoyed the two saltwater pools, the tennis court, and the playground for the kids. The resort is also close to many attractions, such as the Strand Beach, Reef HQ Aquarium, and Townsville Mini Golf and Fun Park. I would highly recommend Seagulls Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Townsville.
