"This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time."

"We stayed in the same room on 2 occasions, a couple of days apart, so we have no knowledge of other rooms. This family suite was very dated and the chairs were very worn. The beds were comfortable enough and there was plenty of space. The location for the ferry to Magnetic Island was close and the city bus hub was very close. The staff on the desk were lovely but didn’t seem to know much about buses or airport transfers, which was a shame. Overall, it was a comfy enough place to stay while we waited to access the ferry and airport, but nothing more than that."

"The location seems to be not far from the airport, only a few kilometers away, but it costs 51 Australian dollars (about 235 RMB) to take a taxi to the airport after 10 o'clock in the day. The hotel does not provide breakfast and slippers. It is basically clean, just like other places in Australia. There is no one at the front desk of the hotel at night, and you need to call customer service. There are a lot of green areas around. When I went there, it was rainy season, and the city was flooded and I couldn't go to the beach."

"Really amazing stay, enjoyed using the facilities (especially the gym! The only thing about the gym is that for the weight section there isn’t any type of mirror to see yourself, but overall was amazing). Also, loved the tv, and being able to look up and listen to our own type of stuff, really cool. Would definitely come here again, no doubt! Thank you Palmer! "
