The room is new and clean. However, the hotel does not provide personal room slipper so I feel abit uncomfortable with the slipper provided. The room view is perfect if the weather Is good. The hotel is near to a few famous go to spot such as the lake Hill farm, silo observation deck and ukimido park. The road to hotel can be misty if you are driving at night. so try to reach the hotel earlier if possible.

The room was spacious with a great view from the window. The popular cafe, Lake Hill Farm, was also nearby. It's more suited for those traveling by car as public transport is minimal and there are no shops around, being located halfway up the mountain.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Our room was spacious, tidy, and very clean. This place is particularly well-suited for those traveling by car. I'm already looking forward to staying here again for a few nights on my next trip.

If you ask me where I'd stay next time I visit Lake Toya, I'd definitely say Hotel Cocoa. This is the biggest and most beautiful hotel I stayed at in Hokkaido. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an incredible view, and I highly recommend it for anyone driving. Attached are some stunning blue hour moments and the morning view from the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows.

Abit far from town but since we are driving so it's okay for us. Our room is spacious with jacuzzi ❤️

Nice and clean hotel with good view to Lake Toya..You need to have a car to stay in this hotel as it is far from the town. Hotel provide free parking.

When booking did not mention 10 years old kid need to pay additional 3000yen for bed sharing. Pricey compared to all my other hotel booking at Hokkaido. There is no water bottle provided, no amenties as well. All massage chair spoiled. Do not worth the price paid.

Highly recommend this hotel! Best to get here by car. Quiet place, clean room, beautiful view. Famous Lake Hill Farm is just 2 mins drive away.

A really nice and affordable resort. The staff were very kind, the rooms well equipped. The resort even had an affordable laundry machine and dryer. Spacious and well heated room, with a nice lake view :)
