The location is perfect. The hotel facility offers hot spring and SPA. It's very nice for me to get rest here to recover energy and enjoy the scenery of Lake Toya.

Very nice and proper room, breakfast was with good variety! Breakfast was great too, seems like they have themed buffet items from time to time.

Nice view facing Mt Yotei. Has the most Hanabi right in front of the hotel.

Hotel location is quite good the room quite old at central wing but the view to lake toya👍👍 . Dinner not bad but breakfast is better.

I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay at Lake Toya. This time, we had the opportunity to view fireworks from behind the hotel. The hotel has two onsen, which alternate daily; one is on the ground floor, and the other faces Lake Toya. The breakfasts and dinners are amazing, but for the dinner buffet, it's best to book an early time slot, as they reduce the food replenishment after 8 pm.

Onsen hotel with a view of the lake toya and the Mount yotei as the backdrop. Room was spacious with a magnificent window view of the lake and mountain. There was indoor and outdoor onsen, the outdoor one had me sitting there enjoying the hot onsen water with cold air enjoying the mountain view. Buffet dinner had lots of variety of food to choose from. Spectacular!

Hotel interior design is great. Great location just by the shore of lake, with easy accessability to convenient store, lake cruise, firework and light tunnel. Onsen is great with superb view of mt yotei. My kids love the library and the spacious children playroom as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits lake toya.

Love the location as it’s walking distance to the ferry terminal and 7-11 and many attractions nearby. Love the hotel

The hotel provides a comfortable stay : spacious room and exceptional breakfast and dinner. Good location to nice view, and a few steps to the lake. Highly recommended!
