一切都非常滿意,晚餐的松葉蟹料理非常棒,和有二位台灣的工作人員。唯一的一項遺憾是在出發前我寄了一封郵件要詢問是否有接駁的服務但卻沒有收到回覆⋯⋯

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I was impressed by the hospitality shown by all the staff. After I contacted the station to let them know that I had arrived, I casually stopped by a convenience store, so the staff member waited for me at the entrance. Thank you for taking our anniversary photos after dinner. We were blessed with good weather, and enjoyed visiting the outdoor baths and walking around the town. The meals were all delicious and well-prepared. We both had small appetites and seemed to have motion sickness, so we left the last part of our course, which I'm very sorry about. The room we stayed in was mainly white, and the scent of cypress was pleasant. I would definitely like to stay at this inn again.

During my stay, I felt a great deal of attention to detail, and it was an inn that I would want to stay at again. For example, there were a number of points to be aware of, such as being able to adjust the amount of rice for meals and how quiet the hotel was in the morning. Also, since there was no TV in the room, I was able to forget the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a relaxing time in the hot spring town. The lack of a television gave the impression that the inn was designed to encourage dialogue. Specifically, the rooms have walls but are interconnected, so you can have a conversation anywhere, and you can learn about Kinosaki Onsen and the hotel from the library and magazines in the rooms (devices that encourage dialogue). I thought it was good.

The rooms, food, and hot springs are all pretty average. Dinner won't fill you up. On the second day, I tried to go to Ichi-no-Yu, but it was closed from that day on due to construction. There was no news from the staff, so when I asked about it, they told me incorrect information, "Eh, we're open today." What should I do if the hotel in Kinosaki Onsen doesn't know when the public bath is closed? I was completely stunned.
