Realice la reserva por la página propia del hotel, tal como indica la misma,me llego el mail de confirmación con los datos de la reserva...llego el dia 04/02 al hotel y NO TENIAN LA RESERVA!! el pago era en efectivo en el hotel, la encargada me informa q no tenian disponibilidad, nos dejaron completamente en bolas!! Sin hospedaje!!UNA VERGUENZA!! Si su sistema o pagina de reservas web no funcióna, no es problema del huésped, deberian dar de baja su página en todo caso..ademas ni siquiera tienen recepción, te atienden en la cafetería una chica que ni siquiera es encargada del hotel y te hacen esperar 20 30 minutos a que llegue la supuesta encargada.

Hice reserva el 17/11/21 para pasar Año Nuevo. Al chequear la reserva (17/12/21) , me informaron que no se había realizado. Fui atendida por Gabriela, quien se identificó como responsable del hotel. Aclaro que el pago era en efectivo en el Hotel, por lo que no se podían realizar transferencias ni pagos electrónicos previos. Si yo no llamaba para chequear, me hubiera encontrado con la sorpresa de no tener alojamiento. Muy irresponsables.

Usamos una habitación triple que tenía 2 metros cuadrados. Muy chica, todo apretado, baño minúsculo. Faltaban almohadas y toallas. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento. Lo mejor es el desayuno que ofrecen en el bar que tienen además abierto al público. Lo quiero destacar porque realmente es excelente... 11/10 puntos. Pero bueno, la calificación apunta a evaluar principalmente el hotel. La atención es buena.

Excelente la cafetería,no estuve en el hotel pero la cafetería y restaurante son excelente muy buena calidad todo,muy limpio buena ubicación buen trato valió la pena conocerlo,venden alfajores café italiano todo de primerísima calidad
