This resort must be on everyone's bucket list. what a place, what amazing service. The food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was 10 stars daily. the hospitality the management went out of their way to assist us. wow. I'm definitely going back.

a splendid hotel with excellent services, easily reachable and directly connected to the spa, very kind and prepared staff, good cuisine and wine list.i had room on the north side, I preferred the south side but one of the best hotels near the spa

it was our 4th visit the last 7 month and we cant wait to come back. As usual hotel and thermal was perfect and due to covid esp on working days nearly empty. Special note to the nice housekeeping ladies that always have noce words and small gifts for the kids.

The staff was super nice and attentive. The food was also perfect, the chef cooked something extra for my partner because he is vegan. The rooms were also very clean. Service was just great!

Very nice place. Extremely polite, helpful staff. The food is great. The breakfast and dinner buffet is really good. There is something for everyone, including vegetarians. A lot of attention is paid to the sustainability of the food. Where possible, organic products are used. The rooms are very clean. The thermal bath is easily accessible via a connecting passage. I will gladly come again.

Was a wonderful short break; the 4years is a great hotel, our standard room was very nice and spacious for 2 people, they had great buffet food and the staff was really great! We'll be back for sure!

Gutes Essen, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, guter Thermenzugang, einfacher Umgang mit den „Zahlungsuhren“. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege in der Nähe und man kann einfach in der Nähe parken. Einziger Mangel, die Dusche, die schießt das Wasser so stark raus, das sich der Duschkopf zur Decke bewegt.

Gediegenes Hotel, familiär geführt. Der direkte Zugang zur Therme ist ein Traum. Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sind überwältigend. die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Klimatisierung hilft besonders an den sonnigen und heißen Tagen. Alles modern eingerichtet, wenngleich ich auf eine Glasschiebetür beim Bad/WC verzichten könnte :-) Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und top in Schuss, das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen schon seit über 20 Jahren her und sind jedes Mal happy!
