Great place to be with a nature all around. 10km road up and down is something that I miss already. Staff is truly helpful and great. Rooms, facilities, and food in the restaurant made our holidays a one we expected. The region around we left with many undiscovered treasures, so... we will be back!

Absolutely comfortable stay in this place, nice rooms, nature around, camp close to Ossiacher see, nice watterfalls - amazing place where we will come again. From the top of the hill is best view i have ever seen

We spent a weekend with our friends and kids at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's ideal for families and it's near to cable car and ski slope. We loved the time spent at the hotel and are definitely coming again.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains, near to ski, and woodland walks etc. views from the top of mountain a must. excellent/delicious menu for both breakfast and evening meals. Our stay made all the more enjoyable by exceptional staff, from Enerst who picked us up at the airport, and then been greeted by Christina and Thomas, reception, to Julia who served us tasty meals and Andy, in the bar, a genius with a cocktail shaker. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

Das Bergresort Die Kanzlerin ist eine Reise wert und für Uns bisher das mit großem Abstand beste Resort wo wir in den letzten Jahren waren. Der Empfang war sehr sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist WELTKLASSE!!! Die Suite war sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet! Alles sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Spabereich ist spitzenmäßig! Schwimmbad, Saunen, Fitnessraum. Auch für die Kinder wird hier einiges geboten! Das Frühstück war grandios und wirklich sehr sehr üppig und ausgefallen. Die Anfahrt ist spektakulär. Man fährt durch eine Mautstelle eine schmale Straße hinauf zum Resort. Dauert ca. 10min. Man bekommt dann natürlich ein Ticket um die Mautstelle kostenlos für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes zu passieren. Die Fahrzeuge stehen sicher in Tiefgaragen mit viel Platz. Tipp: Holt euch an der Rezeption die Kärnten-Card und erkundet die Umgebung. Die ausgangslage lädt ein zum Wandern. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Also alles in Allem ein wirklich sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub! Vielen herzlichen Dank auch nochmal an dieser Stelle an das komplette Team des Resorts! Ihr seid super! Hört nicht auf damit!!! Wir kommen sicher wieder und werden Euch auch auf alle Fälle unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren als Familie das erste mal im Skigebiet gerlitzen. Das resort hat eine tolle Lage. Man kann direkt vom hotel mit den Skiern zur liftstation und auch wieder retour. Die Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet. Personal super nett. Das Essen ist ein Traum. Angefangen vom großen frühstücksbuffet bis hin zum Abendessen Das serviert wird. Sehr viel regionales. Das einzige Das man noch verbessern könnte wäre der Pool. Wasser war relativ kalt, wenig Liegen. Bis auf das der perfekte Skiurlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder

Moderne Ferienwohnungen mit Top-Ausstattung direkt an der Piste. Wir fanden die Wohnungen und die Lage super, nach Anlaufschwierigkeiten über Silvester war das Team in den Faschingsferien eingespielt und es gab auch ein abwechslungsreiches Tagesprogramm. Zu beachten ist dass man oben auf der Gerlitzen nichts einkaufen kann und alle Lebensmittel müssen im Tal gekauft werden - ein kleiner Shop wo man Brot, Milch usw kaufen könnte, wäre super.

Heerlijk appartement met alle faciliteiten van een hotel. In de zomer loop je naar het mittlestation waar ook veel activiteiten zijn voor kinderen. Tips: Ontbijten kan in je appartement (volledige keuken) maar is zeker ook lekker in het restaurant. Bestel eten (fondue of Italiaans) vanuit het restaurant om op te eten in je appartement. Ga met de kids naar de kidzclub. Veel activiteiten en hele goede begeleiding. Perfecte locatie voor zowel zomer als winter
