Deeply disappointed and shocked by how I was treated! I have never met a staff characterized by so much antipathy and incompetence! The structure is located in an area - to be honest - ugly and unsafe in Trento - for goodness sake, it is very central but still surrounded by rather questionable people - absolutely not recommended for women who have to go home alone during the evening or night hours! The rooms are okay even if the atmosphere does not convey joy or serenity at all, as there is very little daylight during the daytime hours. It is not a quiet location, and the structure is really dark even inside! English: But the thing that shocked me the most is the staff that deals with assigning rooms: just because I cancelled the last night of the reservation (24 hours before), the next time I called, they pretended they no longer had rooms available, operating with lies and falsehoods, even though the B&B was almost always empty when I was there (since I went there for business and stayed there for several nights, continuously seeing that very few guests were there). They answered me in a brusque and rude way, having been angry about the night I cancelled with them. Even the cleaning lady could have treated me with a little more education and respect in the morning when they were preparing breakfast. Sometimes she didn't answer me, she didn't look at me when I spoke. She pretended not to hear. Once she threw the rather expensive proteins that I had bought and deposited for a few days at the facility in the garbage and she didn't even apologize for it. Plus it's all self check-in and self check-out with no chance of ever speaking to someone in person! Everything works exclusively by phone. But if only they were at least friendly and honest by electronic means... I really felt zero at ease! Absolutely not recommended! I wonder how people with these characteristics can seriously run a structure that is supposed to host people and make them feel welcome!
