Very beautiful and authentic hotel, not far from Bergamo airport. Feels like you are in a historic mansion. As I understand, it is located on the territory of a health resort with thermal waters.
Breakfasts are pleasant, the atmosphere is very colorful. There is free parking.

We needed only a one night stay from the airport, and for that this hotel was perfect, very close to Milan Bergamo airport, the reception is open 0-24 and the bed is very comfy. We had everything we needed.

Very dirty. The bathroom, the shower, the sink is really too much, I have never seen anything like this, and it is a 3 or 4 star hotel. The room has a fan full of dust. The breakfast is simple but not like a 4 star hotel. The price per night is decent..

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but what comes out of the kitchen is a disaster! Although we booked half board, the kitchen was closed on Sunday evening and we got nothing to eat. We were offered to order a pizza and pay for it ourselves, which we declined. The three-course menu was always the same and salad was apparently a foreign word in the kitchen. We only ate three times and then went out to eat in the evening, which wasn't exactly cheap. The varied breakfast was also the same for eight days. Two types of ham and salami, the eggs were not always warm. Some of the bread was from the day before and the croissants were reheated. The promised evening program never took place either. The hotel is not bad for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't book the food again.

Old building. No air conditioning in the room. Along a kind of spa. Friendly staff. Simple Italian breakfast. Felt more like a conference center, is a bit strangely located on the edge of an industrial area. We went to eat and swim in the evening at the nearby Iseo lake.

Excellent hotel for short stays. Varied and plentiful breakfast, comfortable beds and quiet location. Also convenient is the large free parking inside the structure. There are games for children in the park in front of the hotel and at the spa. 20 minutes from Orio al Serio.

Breakfast, one day, was simply not there because they had run out of supplies. I took pictures because it was and is almost unbelievable. The rooms were quite clean although a wipe of the mop in the bathroom, in the three days we were there, we did not see it. In the hallway, dust balls under the furniture. The television did not work. The entrance light in the room was broken and remained so.

Excellent dinners, little varied menu but very, very good. Terrible reception and customer service. Good parking. There was no air conditioning in the room. Sanitary fixtures to be changed. The receptionists need to be changed. They still don't have a clear idea of how to welcome customers. The presence of Neapolitans in the structure is intrusive.
