Do not book here!!! This is above a very busy bar/nightclub. Unbelievable haw noisy it is. This is not just noise from a bar, we are talking floor shaking music. We had 2 children and when we complained she told us to leave at 10pm so we did!! Absolutely disgraceful they don’t have this on important information, con artists, that is what they are!!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! awful place, this is right above a nightclub/bar which has very loud thumping music outside. We should have been warned especially as we were travelling with 2 children. This is an unacceptable thing to hold back from potential customers. we returned back to the room at 9.30 pm and were in shock at the noise, it would have been impossible to sleep. we complained to the owner who told us we should have expected it as it was carnival (we were only stopping for one night on return from skiing so had no idea) she didn't like that we thought this was unreasonable and told us we had 10 mins to leave! this meant packing up quickly and trying to find another hotel and then she didn't show up, rejected calls we made to her to return the key and has refused a refund! These owners are crooks and chancers and do not respect any guest who books here. Do not be fooled, this is a con artist's listing!!!

Our hosts were very nice; the room was cosy, comfortably spacious and with a sweet vintage decoration that makes you feel at home; and omg that breakfast!!! Nuts, fresh and dried fruits, freshly baked pastries, and such a beautiful display! ❤️🧡💛

Absolutely stunning little boutique , the hosts are so helpful .very quirky lots to see inside . Exceptionally clean , bars around plenty of choice, the breakfast was lovely. Shutters on windows . Beautiful area to walk around plenty to see 20min walk to train station if you wish to go to Venice . If you want modern , plastic chairs hotel this is not the place . It is simply fabulous we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return again thank you ..

What a wonderful hotel, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing, quirky and had a real homely feel, the breakfast was great, great location for bars and restaurants, a 20 minute walk to the train station, idea if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Venice. Will book again in 2022, my partner was blown away by the whole experience of going to Italy for the first time.
