The room is spacious but has a weird smell 
bathroom glass is semi transparent, we can see whatever happening inside 
It’s very inconvenient and weird 
Staff are polite but they didn’t inform us there’s a shuttle bus service to BTS station (which is only available once in every hour) 
The hotel is too far away from the BTS station, walking distance is 15min

It was conveniently located near the train station, and accessible on foot to all the terminals at Manchester airport. The staff were friendly, and our check in was smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean with a modern touch, and I loved the big windows, providing ample natural light. Very comfortable beddings, and they had accessible rooms. Each room had a Nespresso machine w 1 pod, a kettle, a hairdryer and even a garment steamer. Overall a great hotel, highly recommend.

Great hotel location, rooms are small but adequate, clean and comfy, The room has great air con. I would recommend this hotel to adults and would stay again. Staff were really attentive,
 I would not recommend booking a room with a court yard view as the room appears very dark as has extremely limited natural light. I was offered an upgrade to a room with a large window which was far better. .
