Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau, in ausgezeichneter Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Canale Grande/Vecchio. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Saubere Textilien. Geräumig. Einmal in der Woche erfolgt eine Grundreinigung und Austausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Bad ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist nur das Allernötigste und Einfachste vorhanden. Um Standard-Artikel, wie bspw. Geschirrtücher oder Topflappen muss man extra bitten. Zudem sind die Geräusche aus der Küche leider sehr laut und stören beim Schlafen erheblich (Therme und extrem lauter Kühlschrank). Auf meine Bitte hin, die Therme nachts abzustellen, ist nichts passiert. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, ist aber extrem laut während des Betriebs. Der Kühlschrank war falsch eingestellt und ist schlecht konzipiert. Das Kondenswasser läuft unter das Gemüsefach und sorgt durch die Anhebung dieses für eine nahezu unmögliche Schließung der Tür, die dadurch blockiert wird. Probleme wie die falsche Einstellung des Kühlschrankes oder der defekte Toilettenspülkasten wurden vom Personal zügig behoben. Teilweise könnten die Wände gestrichen werden und manche Gegenstände ersetzt werden (z. B. Besen im Bad).
Das Personal kümmert sich, aber man fühlt sich als Gast nicht besonders willkommen geheißen. Es wird eine Dienstleistung für den Gast erbracht mit der erforderlichen Höflichkeit. Alles darüber hinaus wird nicht für nötig befunden.
Fazit: gute Unterkunft in Top-Lage, bestens geeignet für Anspruchslose und kurze Aufenthalte. Für mich zu teuer mit diesen Mängeln. Mit ein wenig Aufwand könnte man den Aufenthalt der Gäste etwas verbessern und schöner gestalten. Schade, dass so wenig Kundenbindung betrieben wird.

We booked this apartment for a one night say before going on a cruise, it was an excellent choice very handy to get to from the Frixbus which came from Venice to Trieste in fact a 7 minute walk. Edward the guy at reception was very helpful with excellent English with good tips where to eat etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and roomy with good facilities for cooking in-house it was also very quiet as it is in a very central location it is ideally where you want to be if you are staying Trieste. The town itself has lots to see and do with plenty of restaurants bars and takeaway places I would highly recommend this place and would go back if we return for a vacation.

Apt is spacious and recently re-done, but in a ‘cheap and cheerful’ manner. Some details missed- kitchen with no dish towels, fridge door doesn’t close properly so nothing stays cold, bed is firm and has only 1 pillow per person, no shelf in shower for soap and shampoo… small things, but all together suggest a problem with ‘guest perspective’

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Facilities were also very good. Check-in was easy even we arrived after normal time as clear instruction has been given in advance. Comunication with the apartment was also good. The only thing can improve is to consider to leave the WiFi code in the apartment - as mentioned above, we arrived the apartment later, although check-in was simple there was no WiFI code given and have to waite until next day to get it. Overall, very happy with our stay in this apartment.

We are pretty experienced travellers and so over the years you learn to take the rough with the smooth. By and large, the world over, folk are pretty decent and accommodating and that helps make the memories of your travels all the sweeter. Not in this case, however. On the day we were leaving it was raining cats and dogs. I asked in the circumstances if we could keep our room a wee bit longer than the checkout time. Grumpily, they said no; I probed a little and they gave us an extra half hour. Fair enough. As our departing train wasn't leaving till the afternoon I then asked, thinking this was a formality, whether they could keep our bags for us. We'd seen others in their reception area on arrival five days earlier. I got another grumpy no in return. I said I thought that was unreasonable of them (what hotel or managed apartments don't offer to help in such circumstances?) and tried to appeal to their better nature at which point the obviously irritated manager of the place started shouting at me to get out. By way of reaction I foolishly got myself into a short slanging match with him. The upshot was venturing out into pouring rain and a three hour wait at the railway station. The apartment itself? Apart from its large size, it's poorly equipped, has inadequate air conditioning and is generally unwelcoming. It's also in a pretty iffy part of town.

Great location with parking available near by. Nice to have a lift if needed for folks with issues taking steps. Apartment was clean and perfectly sized for our needs of 5 people. Easy access to sites and things we wanted to see. Staff very helpful and check in/out very easy.

Straightforward booking, interactions, with very helpful staff and awesome location. Would recommend to others. We got a spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and a large kitchen which turned out to be a lifesaver as one of us came down with a cold and could sleep separately in another room.

We (family of 2 adults, 4 children) stayed in apartment no 17 for two hot July nights. Arriving in the afternoon check-in was easy, service was professional and very friendly. The apartment was spacious and adequately equipped. AC worked well, kitchen equipment and utensils allowed for some decent cooking and Friday night's family dinner was served and enjoyed to the tunes of a live band playing 80's jazzy pop and rock downstairs on next block's Ristorante Excellente's street terrace. Nice! Residence Theresia's location is very convenient especially if you are travelling by train/bus.

First the disappointing part. Check in after hours was a hot mess. No AC, Lights would turn off after 30 seconds. Two separate codes to acces door and safe did not work. The emergency number and emergency chat never responded. AC in room was inadequate. It appears each residence is owned by different people, so each room has differing amenities or lack there of. After approximately an hour of trying codes, we decided to book another place. Just as we were to leave,xwe tried a code and miraculously it worked. Could not get room cooler than 29c. No instructions on how to operate anything. The good, the reception in the morning was extremely helpful in planning our day and arranging our pre-cruise Covid19 test.
