I stayed one final night of a Dolomites cycling trip, to visit Trieste before flying back home. It was a great place to stay, a small boutique hotel right off one of the main city squares, a very convenient location to tour the city. The room was good, quite large and well-equipped, clean and modern. There's no restaurant, but there's a discount at the restaurant at the ground level, which provided a fine breakfast. The front desk is not staffed at all hours, but they provide a key code for entry. Certainly while staffed, the desk person provided very helpful service, good advice for touring town and a fine dinner recommendation.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived in Trieste at 9am from a cruise and went to 9 Stanze where we stored our luggage until the checkin time. Access to rooms via elevator or stairs. The room size is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of hanging space and clothes storage. But the top clothes hanging rack is quite high and a stretch to reach! Coffee machine with complementary Illy coffee pods. The rain shower has good water pressure and consistent temperature. Bathroom has toilet and bidet. Location is very central being an easy flat 10 minute walk from the cruise terminal. 5 minute walk to Grand Canal. Guests at 9 Stanza have a discount offer at the restaurant next door (Home Sapore di Casa). We would stay here again.

The best hotel we stayed at for our entire trip! The location is superb, walking distance to everything. The room and bathroom is very spacious and there is ample storage space. The beds are large and very comfy. The staff were wonderfully lovely. I can’t fault this hotel! We will definitely be back.

Das Boutique Hotel verfügt lediglich über 9 Zimmer, verteilt auf 3 Etagen in einem historischen Haus mitten in Triest. Top Lage, Top Zimmer und nette und hilfreiche Damen an der Reception. Das Auto muss in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus abgestellt werden (Euro 17 pro Tag mit 15% Skonto), der wohl einzige Schwachpunkt. Dies ist aber der sehr, sehr zentralen Lage geschuldet. Dieses Hotel können wir definitiv zu 100% empfehlen!

La scelta del solo pernottamento offre in genere la possibilità di conoscere le specialità locali… vale ancora di più per Trieste dove ad ogni angolo si trovano bar, pasticcerie, ristoranti ma soprattutto i Caffè storici e i tipici Buffet. Arredamento nuovo ed elegante, ottima la doccia e i servizi annessi, TV, riscaldamento, ascensore, reception con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzati il bollitore e la macchina per il caffè con offerta di bustine, cialde e l’erogatore d’acqua al piano! Bella location, in pieno centro, vicino a tutti i principali luoghi d’interesse, una vera scoperta, anzi un bel regalo di compleanno ricevuto! Consigliato!

Location in centro a Trieste molto accogliente e arredata con gusto. La receptionista gentile ci ha dato ottime dritte su dove cenare. Bello il palazzo e il panorama dalla finestra. Non offre colazione ma è convenzionato con lounge bar adiacente alla struttura dove davvero c’è di tutto e per tutti i gusti!

Tout d'abord la communication et l'accueil en particulier ont été excellents. Cet établissement est idéalement situé et permet de rayonner à pied dans quasiment tous les points d'intérêts de la ville. La chambre était agréable et bien agencée, la literie confortable. L'établissement ne propose pas de service de petit-déjeuner mais étant donné l'offre pléthorique autour, ce n'est pas un problème. Si je devais émettre deux petits bémols, l'un concernant l'éclairage et l'autre le bruit : le plafonnier de la chambre diffuse une lumière bien trop intense et il n'y a pas de liseuse individuelle. Ce qui fait qu'il faut décider d'éteindre ensemble. Cela pourrait aisément être amélioré. Enfin, les cafés restaurants situés au pied de l'immeuble ont installé des enceintes acoustiques en façade et diffusent - en continu ? - fort une musique que les doubles vitrages n'arrêtent pas. Ceci est un désagrément pour toute personne sensible au bruit.

Piccolo hotel, di nuova concezione, in pieno centro storico, proprio all'inizio dell'isola pedonale. Noi eravamo in una "Large double room", una camera spaziosa e confortevole, con un letto comodo e il bagno grande. Le ragazze dello staff sono gentili e disponibili. Trieste offre un'ampia scelta per il pernottamento ma noi siamo stati fortunati ad alloggiare al "9 stanze" anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
