We are currently in a room in the hotel, right at the end of the season. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the middle of the old town but it was easy to wheel large suitcases the short distance here (no steps). The staff carried out suitcases to our room. The hotel is in immaculate condition. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are very good and the bedding is very high quality. The bathroom is very modern and clean. No, I am not a paid endorser, just a very satisfied customer.

Rooms are nice sized, quiet, and comfortable. Only gave the stars on condition of property because there was no hot water the morning we checked out.

On our first night I asked if there was a kettle in the room. Zeljiko the owner told me no but he gave us a carafe of hot water which we needed for a bipap machine. The following morning a brand new kettle was delivered to our room. Now that's service. When I thanked Zeljiko he said "it shows our guests we care". That actually sums up our stay. The hotel is very central and spotlessly clean. The staff are very willing to help in whatever is needed. I hope to visit again in the near future.

The hotel was clean, serviceable, and the staff was excellent. The property is pretty basic, but had everything we needed. Food was okay…no complaints, but nothing to write home about.

The staff was great. We got there pretty early due to our early flight arrival. They stored our bags at the front and were able to let us check in an hourly early which was greatly appreciated due to our jet lag. They also had our bags already in our rooms when we did check in. The sitting area on the 2nd floor was fantastic for 6 of us to meet and have a drink and some mussels from the restaurant. Air conditioned rooms were fantastic and cold which was much needed on the hot day.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Trogir. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a lovely stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Hotel Monika and would definitely stay here again if in Trogir.
