4/5Very GoodI have been stayed in the panoramic view with breakfast, the view was wonderful and breakfast was good. On the other hand the price was not reasonable which compare with other northern Europe country with cost 250eur per day with breakfast which not cost effective with the room amenities...

5/5PerfectVery good hotel with great breakfast. In fact, compared to the opposite Radisson location number, facing the sea, you can see the Arctic Church opposite. The room was also very nice. The suite we ordered had a balcony.

4.7/5OutstandingBreakfast is plentiful, and the transportation is convenient, and the airport express bus directly connects. The hotel does not provide facial tissues and small squares. Only shower. The scenery near the hotel is superb.

Stay in the “Paris of the North” Scandic Ishavshotel is located only 50 metres from the Hurtigruten ferry, and 4 minutes from the Polar museum. In Tromso you can also go on a whale safari and enjoy a midnight concert in Ishavskatadralen church. Don’t forget to sign up for a northern lights tour if you're here in winter, or the Midnight Sun Marathon in the summer. Our hotel is located just 6 km from the airport.

We got the most premium room and the views were amazing, but to be honest, it’s not worth the money you pay and it’s clearly not a 4*. The didn’t do the room one day: ZERO CLEANING SERVICES. I had to go and complain and they told me they couldn’t do anything so they gave me two vouchers of 15€ each to have a drink at the bar ... that’s all. If cleaning it’s important for you, specially with COVID, don’t consider this hotel. Also, masks were mandatory because of the COVID outbreak in Norway at the moment, and even their staff wasn’t using them. It’s ridiculous. Zero safety measures.
