I sent one night at the hotel,and honestly speaking,the whole experience was lacking in all aspects. The check-in procedure was done very haphzardly,and we had to constantly keep asking for clarifications. Upon check-in we asked about the glass-bottom activity with snorkelling, as it was included in our All-Inclusive Package. The staff member at the reception took our booking and told us to go at the boathouse 10mins prior to the start of the activity which was at 11h20 a.m. The next day,we went there at 11.20 and there was no one there. We waited for 20mins and then,the man told us that the boat will come at 12.00 and told us not to go anywhere and wait there. The boat came at 12.30,and by then we had wasted 1hr just waiting. When I mentioned this issue at the reception, they told me that the water activities were outsourced and if they were late,the hotel can't do anything about it. But how are we supposed to know this when we booked through the hotel? This was included in the package and frankly,it was not very professional the way this was handled! I asked if we could have a late check-out from my room so that we can have time to shower after the glass bottom activity and the receptionist clearly said no,as there already was someone cleaning our room. We hadn't even had time to pack up our things and the lady cleaning our room said not to touch the bed or anything as it was already cleaned! That was a very awful way for us to have an ending to our stay! To add to that, when we went to take our lunch at the Indigo Restaurant, the table we sat at, had bird feces all over and there were birds walking all over the dessert section,even on the cakes! Overall, not a huge selection of food items and drinks and toilet was dirty with used tissue in it upon our arrival.
