Lovely welcome, really nice room, well appointed, and the thermal pool was such a welcome treat for weary travellers like us. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had recently. Lovely coffee, Bircher muesli, a wide selection of fruit and yoghurt, and lovely eggs and bacon. The receptionist couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. We also ate in the restaurant and had an excellent meal with a glass of good house wine. I would stay here again.

I stayed one night during a Dolomites bicycling trip. It was a fine experience - good-quality large room with a particularly large patio / balcony. Meals and service were good. It's a surprisingly large, roomy hotel with several restaurant spaces. It looked well-maintained and up-to-date. There's not much walkable in the immediate vicinity, so probably mostly a place to stay while driving through the region.

Dieses Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes...Sowohl die Chefin als auch alle Mitarbeiter sind ständig um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht..Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffett und ,wenn man möchte, das Abendessen sind ein Traum...Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns sehr herzlich.

Zum dritten Mal im Botango gewesen, zum dritten Mal hochzufrieden. Ich müßt' schon echt scharf nachdenken, um etwas zu finden, was mir negativ aufgefallen ist ... hm ... mal sehen ... HA! Die Tür zum Bad (Schiebetür) ging etwas schwer auf! Und der Boden des Swimmingpools hatte in der Mitte nicht ganz die richtige Dicke!!!1!!elf Aber mal ernsthaft: Das Botango ist ein wunderbares Hotel, das mit Einsatz und Zuwendung zun Gast privat geführt/betrieben wird - und das wirklich toll. Es wird an vielen Kleinigkeiten deutlich, daß der Gast hier im Fokus steht, wie z.B. dem am zweiten Morgen von ganz alleine auftauchenden Hafermilch-Cappucino oder - ich hatte während des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag - der freundlich-unaufdringlichen Gratulation (ich MAG diesen Becher! ;-)) und der über den ganzen Aufenthalt immer aufmerksamen und herzlichen Betreuung ("Bedienung" trifft es überhaupt nicht - es wird sich gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, daß man sich wohl fühlt). Auch das Housekeeping ist supernett und aufmerksam, man wird lang über den Flur mit einem "Guten Morgen!" gegrüßt; einfach nett. Fazit: Zimmer geräumig und angenehm, Betten gut, Hotel prima, Umsorgung etc. hervorragend, Essen herausragend. Botango halt.

Struttura molto calda e accogliente abbiamo passato due giorni molto rilassanti. Belle le piscine e molto comodi e di classe con un ottimo servizio sia il ristorante che la pizzeria. Di ottima qualità e abbondante la colazione.

Perfekt, um den Tag entspannt zu starten: das Langschläferfrühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und abends, nach einer ausgedehnten Radtour oder Wanderung ist es herrlich, im warmen Outdoorpool zu schwimmen, und das bis 23 Uhr.

La proprietaria molto cortese, é venuta al tavolo a fare gli auguri alla festeggiata. Cucina nella norma, nessuna portara particolarmente apprezzabile. Scortesia assoluta da parte di uno dei camerieri che pur avendo pranzato in sei persone e pagato non poco, ha avuto la faccia tosta e la maleducazione di strappare letteralmente dalle mani di una ragazza del gruppo una rosa appassita che aveva preso dal portafiori del tavolo come se l'avesse rubata. Situazione molto imbarazzante e a dir poco umiliante per la ragazza che non riusciva a capacitarsi del gesto a dir poco scortese. Ci dispiace per la proprietaria, brava donna, ma non ritorneremo mai più.

Frequento spesso questo locale per lavoro. Struttura moderna, arredamento particolare, camere molto spaziose, pulite e silenziose. Colazione super, con prodotti freschi e specialità che cambiano di giorno in giorno. Ristorante ottimo, anche se non proprio a buon mercato. Spa carina, ma frequentando durante la settimana non sempre trovo tutto acceso
