A hotel that has seen better days, but still has reasonable and clean rooms, and friendly staff. The biggest downside was despite being given a high up room with a view of the lake. The postal distrubition centre is located next door so truck noise could be heard all through the night. A 10 minute walk to the station, but close to supermarkets and convenienve stores.

I always have a comfortable stay. This is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

Free parking is a big plus. The staff's explanations and guidance were excellent. The facilities are a little old, but the location is great.

The building and facilities were old but well-cleaned. The slippers provided were thin and I wasn't sure if they had been washed, so I was hesitant to use them.

We stayed for two nights as a couple. We had two card keys, so we could go our separate ways without any problems. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There were supermarkets, Hotto Motto, Lawson, etc. nearby, so I thought it was a nice area to live in. I'd definitely consider this when I move.

The building was old, but the service was attentive. The dinner was also authentic and thoroughly enjoyed.

The room was simple, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was basic. For the price, it was acceptable.

Although it's a little far from Tsuchiura Station, it's a relatively eye-catching hotel because it's a taller building than the surrounding area. The room keys aren't cards and the facilities are a little old, but I don't think it's particularly inconvenient.

I stayed in a single room, but it was spacious and had a sofa, so I was able to stay comfortably. It was nice that the microwave was on the same floor.

It was comfortable. I would be happy if the key was a little more compact.

It's a little far from Tsuchiura Station, but it's easily walkable. The room condition was good, but usually other hotels provide water bottle service, but this does not exist. Still, I was able to rest comfortably, and there was a Sukiya chain store right in front of the hotel, so I was able to solve the problem of eating cheaply. If you reserve a hotel meal in advance, you can receive a meal ticket for around 1,000 yen. Breakfast was also good. One disappointing thing about the hotel facilities is that there is no bathtub, so you have to take a shower inside the room.

The smell in the room was awful.

Retro style hotel. But I love hotels like this. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also nice. Also, if there is a connection here, I definitely want to use it.
