I was first allocated a room with heavy smoke even though I am a non-smoker. We booked for 2 adults, but was given a single room with just one pillow. The room is clean, although a bit old. Great view of Tsukuba when we looked out of the window. I am thankful for the view.

It's basically bullying foreigners. The room given is not at the elevator entrance, or it is a side room. The experience is extremely bad.

I stayed in the ladies room.
The cleaning was thorough and I felt comfortable.
There was a Nano Care hair dryer, foot massager, bath cream, foot care sheet, and face pack, so I was completely relaxed.
As for improvements, when I checked in, the air conditioner in the room was not working and the refrigerator was turned off and not cold, so I would be happy if both were turned on.
