It’s a beautiful place and situated centrally. The house keeping teams just wake up guests around 7:30 for cleaning and that’s the only thing that needs to be addressed or scheduled shared amongst staff for guests check out times

I want to warn everyone, never book this hotel, even through Booking or other websites. These are thieves. For 3 months now I have not been able to receive payment for a canceled order. I wrote to them many times and filled out a return form. I didn't receive any money. Jeg vil advare alle, aldri bestill dette hotellet, selv ikke gjennom Booking eller andre nettsteder. Dette er tyver. I 3 måneder nå har jeg ikke kunnet motta betaling for en kansellert bestilling. Jeg skrev til dem mange ganger og fylte ut et returskjema. Jeg fikk ingen penger.

This was the best accommodation I could get around Tsumeb and there is top notch privacy. Safety was of high standards though mosquitoes were alot at the flat side... the space is fine and there was all the necessity of what we needed.

Your tv channels need adjustment/improvement. Not all of us like MNET. your tv channels are pure South African with only little to non-Namibian. Improve on the restaurant, because it's too expensive. I requested pap and paid 65.00 for pap smaller than a computer mouse.

Modern, beautifull and neat rooms. Whole resort with all the big trees a welcome retreat. Restaurant a little expensive for the Namibian pocket. Will definitively return for another stay in future and will recommend to family and friends.

Horrible! They had a 252 schoolkids that was on a camp. No problem, they did tell us in advance. What they did not say was that they only had 3 toilets and 3 showers for the kids aswell as the other guest that was camping. Nobody came to clean, toilets where all overflowing, kids clothes were in the showers, worst experience of my camping trip. Would love te revisit when it is not overgrowed

The bedrooms were fantastic with beautiful bathrooms. The campsite looked good as well. The only downside was a poor restaurant with mediocre food and sad breakfast! Would recommend eating in town but the bedrooms wonderful

Beautiful green campsite under large shady trees, with excellent shared ablution facilities. Each campsite is equipped with electrical points. Well maintained olympic size swimming pool. Splendid Kupfer Grill, with delicious food.

The rooms are nice but price is too high and kids pay more then adults as an extra. Secondly, the restaurant food is bad, clearly they have new management because it used to be decent. Everything was bad, they did not even serve tomato sauce, instead I got tomato paste for my fries. 😩 and too many trainees and too little staff that actually knew how to wait on people. We also found many bugs in our room kettle and no drinking water. Not worth your money.
