The hotel and the staff is awesome.
The restaurant has suitable food for vegetarians as well. The breakfast has an extensive range and the food is flavourful. Kudos to Kevin and his team

Good to have staff that can converse in English. Most at the hotel cannot.

Great location on a quiet back street in the heart of Sapa. Amazing views. Great veggie options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We are very grateful to Ly Pham who was incredibly helpful and supportive when we left belongings on a bus, she tracked down the driver and ensured we got our belongings back. Thank you Ly Pham!
