Very conveniently located at the town square. Across the road is Sunworld plaza, access for cable car to fansipan peak . Plenty of restaurant within 5min walk. However, do request for room away from main road which can be v noisy with music blasting & kids dancing around soliciting money at the town square. Overall , the hotel is v convenient & the room is big but the toilet is pretty small

The hotel is situated in the center where the sapa station and other services are so close. Room is spacious and clean.
Buffet breakfast is also good due to variety of cuisine offered. You may explore Vietnamese dishes in their restaurant.
Staffs are accommodating specially the front reception. She can converse in English well. They can help you arrange tours if you like.

The property is very beautiful and well-maintained. It's located in the center of Sapa. The room was very clean. The staff is always available, kind, and efficient in fulfilling every request. We were granted early check-in, having only requested it that morning. We also took advantage of the laundry service, and our clothes were returned washed and ironed within half a day. They stored our luggage at the hotel for two days while we went trekking and let us use the facilities upon our return. Highly recommended!

Our stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because.
Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby)

We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Since the hotel is located quite high up, they even helped us carry our luggage all the way up — which we really appreciated!
The room was super beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. One of our friends lost the key to her luggage padlock, and they kindly helped to cut it open (with a saw!) until it worked — such lifesavers! 😄
They also prepared breakfast early just for us because we had to check out earlier than usual. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sapa!

The hotel is in a good location, next to the lake, not far from the center. At the same time it is not noisy, the breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable, cleaning was every day.

The luckiest thing about this trip was choosing this hotel. The owner's warmth and dedication truly made the entire experience a positive experience!
On our last day, we were pressed for time and accidentally took the wrong taxi, nearly ending up in Laos. Upon seeing this, the owner proactively came over to check on us. Not only was he not impatient at all, he patiently helped us check our location, contacted a reliable local driver, and repeatedly confirmed the route and time with the driver. He didn't leave until we were in the car.
There was no extra charge; his sincere help was truly incredible! The hotel's clean and comfortable accommodations are a great value, and the owner's exceptional service was a real bonus. I'll definitely choose this incredibly heartwarming gem of a hotel again when I return to this area.

We had a very pleasant 2-night stay at Quiet Sapa Hotel. We booked two superior quadruple rooms with balconies, and both were comfortable and well-maintained.
We arrived quite late at night, around 11:00 PM, but the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They assisted us smoothly with the check-in process and even took the time to explain the room amenities in detail. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently greeted us warmly and asked how our day was going – it made us feel genuinely cared for.
The checkout process was just as smooth, and the staff asked for feedback and made sure we had enjoyed our time there. We also learned that the hotel had just reopened a month ago, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared.
Thank you, Quiet Sapa Hotel, for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return!

IIurii StrigThe hotel is located in the center of Sapa, i.e. all the infrastructure is within walking distance - cafes, restaurants, a lake, night and local markets, a square. The hotel staff is friendly, will help solve any issue. At first I booked for 2 days, then extended for another 5. Erik helped to buy tickets for the bus to Noi Bai airport. The room is comfortable, there is a TV with YouTube, a kettle, water, a comfortable bed, clean bed linen. The bathroom is clean, there is hot water, all hygiene products. The window overlooked the street, but for me this is not a problem, I use earplugs. I recommend this hotel.

HhbenedictWe arrived at SA PA early at 4:30 in the morning, so we had to pay 200,000 VND for early check-in. This is the same rule. No problem.
The room was very good, very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, so it is very good.
The problem is that the old model is a water heater. The sputum can be washed for 25 minutes. If the hot water is used up by the previous person, you have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a bath. Otherwise, it is very cold. It is convenient to go anywhere in the hotel. From the hotel point to the hotel, you can see the lake. Then go all the way through the city, then to SA PA station. Go to FansIPAN. There is a SAPA STORY restaurant nearby, and go forward is CAT CAT VILLAGE

GGuest UserFirstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

SSEONGKOOIt is close to the center of Sapa, but there is an inconvenience of having to use the stairs to get there. The air conditioner works well and the warm air is good, but the blanket is too thin. Young people are at the counter and clean the room, and they clean it right away without delay and everyone is friendly. The breakfast is average.

CChristopher WilliamSo many loud guests staying at this hotel!!! I stayed for three nights and all the other guests seemed to do was shout and talk at the top of their voices. I was woke up at 5:30am one morning with the couple in the next room who thought it okay to have their door open and have a very loud conversation. This is something that the hotel needs to address by perhaps having some rules on display.

Very affordable with good helpful staff.. check in time is 2:00 pm so if your are taking night bus you might need to wait until check in time so plan accordingly.

There is a lake nearby and a night market, making it a great choice for walking in the evening. The service attitude is good. It is close to the Sapa bus station and is convenient for free travel. 😘

Mang Tien Loi three-star hotel chased my driver like a beggar and said that my family booked a room at the price on chip.com that did not match the price she rented and she made it difficult for customers, scolded customers and made us unhappy when coming to her hotel
I hope trip coins will take care of this to satisfy my need to book rings at other locations because the owner is too mean.
A barbaric service attitude, I'm afraid I won't dare to come to this hotel next time
